I'm applying to be part of an educational organization's program of study. It's two and a half years and attendance at various conferences around the country all with a focus on a problem of practice I'd like to address in my work institution.
After talking to the interviewing coach for almost an hour, I'm really excited, not only for the opportunity, but also for how good the outlook seems. The coach himself was so positive and encouraging. I admire that so much in an interview when you can feel at ease and relaxed. Also, so many of my colleagues have been through this Academy and have learned so much that I can wait to be involved.
Now I have to wait two to three weeks until I hear. Talk about tension.
